	Employers don't have an aggressive testing program.
	Drug testing by conventional laboratory methods can be very expensive.
	People have found ways to circumvent the effectiveness of the test.
	People have to leave the job for extended periods of time for testing, which decreases productivity.
	Samples get lost, misplaced, and contaminated.
